Well you want to know a place where you can get domains that are about to expire?

OK I’ll tell you.

Have you visited http://www.deletedlive.com/ ?

It has an ever growing databse of domains which are all about to expire.

It offers an extensive detailed search for domains which are about to expire. The problem though is that they could be backordered and maybe ruining the chances of getting it, so a backorder would always be useful.

However I was told by the owner that they are plannning huge makeoveres for the site over the next couple of weeks that will make it live lists of available domains which have PR and also offer more statistcs about each domain, promising to be one of the best of its kind around.

Ads on your site

Good Day to all of my valued readers

Its this time of the week again, where I post a tip for all you domainers out there.

So you bought an Expired domain with a valid PR3-4 and you have parked it.

Acctaully rather than doing that why not start making money from it by selling links.

You can do this in several ways. But I’ll discuss two of the methods in this post.

Method 1 – Private Sales

You can sell links to your site privately by seeking advertisers and selling them links. The advantage of that is that its direct contact with the buyer but the disadvantage Red Mist aka Freakdog movie full is that you might not maximise your potential if you don’t know who to contact.

Method 2 – 3rd Party

There are some good sites that allow you to advertise your site. They are good

because they have lots of publishers looking for good related links, however the problem with them is that there is no direct contact with the publisher.

I recommend Text-Link-Ads because: they have lots of advertisers and they are extremely easy to use.

So here is todays tip for making instant money of your domains.

Enjoy

Does the extension of the domain affect ranking?

Category : Tips

Whats all the fuss about wanting a .com/.net because it helps your ranking?

Thats is completely not true. Does having a common name say John make you less popular? or is it what you do that affects your popularity?

A domain is only a name, what matters with it is hat you do with it. Below are three situations where a domain with extension other than .com/.net etc has managed to make good success in my opinion.

Lets look at the keyword “check pagerank” in google. Oh what a surprise, a .info domain is in second!!

I managed to get a .be domain (Belgium, when there were being given out for free) to PR4, made $50 from it and sold it for $150 when it had 4 days left.

I also managed to run a hosting company from a .info domain, got the PR of it to PR4, made a constant monthly revenue of $45 per month and also sold it on for $250. Does all of this show you something?

What you might find off-putting in a .info/.be domain is they were cheap or even free for a while, so lots of people bought them and did useless stuff with them like MFA sites. This has certainly plummeted their credibility and even their worthwhile. But being able to do something useful that will let you keep a reader visiting provides a bigger challenege becuase it means you have to restore trust in these extensions.

So my advice is go out there, buy any domain you want wheather its a .info or .com or .tk or what ever, work on it hard and you will get a good return. And whatever you do don’t make it a MFA site.

FAQ – Dropped Domain PR

.!.

Dear Readers,

This is an issue that concerns quite a lot of people. Does the domain keep it’s PR after it’s dropped?

Lots of people believe what fake PR checkers tell them and don’t bother checking how they reached their conclusion.

Google Drops the PR straight to 0 Double Team psp as soon as it realizes the domain has dropped. But as soon as it has a website again and gets indexed it gets it PR back. But how do you check if the PR is real or fake?

For the sake of demonstration I’ll use example.info as the domain I’ll use.

Now the domain has dropped so the Google site command will not work and will not show any indexed pages.

This is usually a good method to see if the domain is Fake if it’s still available because doing “site:example.info” would show another website if it was fake.

So what can you do?

Here are 5 Steps for you to follow

1- Check the PR of the links by typing “link:example.info

The Secret of Life on Earth

” in google. If it shows some links with PR then the domain is likely to have a valid PR.

2- Check it’s status back in time using the wayback machine

Star Trek III: The Search for Spock full

which goes back some time so you can monitor how the domain was doing and the older the domain the better it is because it has a higher value.

3- Check with Yahoo’s backlink checker tool: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com. (You will need to register free)

4- Check the traffic ranking. I controversially suggest Alexa because it might be able to provide you with trends on the traffic.

5- Do you genuinely believe you can put original content and keep it up rather than making it a link far?

So there are other ways of seeing if the domain has a real PR.

I hope this clarifies some issues with my readers.
